IMPHAL, April 21: A press release of the Konthoujam Local Council, Communist Party of India has said that the 45th annual conference of CPI, Khabi Branch was held today with Oinam Nupamacha Singh as the President. During the conference, discussions on the killing of driver Babu, rape, demand for construction of drains, cleaning of the Nambol river , provision of old age pension to genuine persons, and electricity tax were held it said.
