IMPHAL, Apr 23: The Communist Party, KCP has said in a press release that the outfit is not connected or related in anyway with Thoudam Jackychand Singh, 28 son of Sanatomba Singh of Thoudam Ikop Ningthou Mamang who was arrested by the Thoubal Police on April 22 from Leishangthem Khong Manung Public Auto Parking.
