IMPHAL, Apr 1: The proscribed outfit RPF has said in a statement that the outfit and its armed wing PLA is not related in any way with Chongtham Oken (43), son of Gosai of Langmeidong Mayai Leikai who was reportedly arrested by Imphal west district police commandos on March 23 around 1:30pm from near the Thangal Bazar SBI ATM booth.
