IMPHAL, April 19: Postal colony welfare committee, Palace Compound Imphal strongly condemned the brutal batter of Master Rahis Khan Aribam aged 10 years, who is studying in Class VII standard at Heritage Convent School Uripok Bachaspati Leikai Imphal by one Md. Wahidur Rahaman aged about 40 years from Keirao Imphal East and requested all the civil organization, NGO`s to extend favourable hands to the cause booking of the culprit at the earliest possible end, so as to prevent from indulging in such heinous crime by any miscreants in future and also ensure to free from the fear psychosis being sensed by every citizen of the state.
