IMPHAL, Apr 6: The proscribed outfit RPF has said in a statement that the outfit or its armed wing, PLA is not related in any way with Elangbam Rojita Devi alias Tekpi alias Mema (25), daughter of Ingoba and Elangbam ongbi Thoinu Devi (48), wife of Tiken both of Hiyanglam Awang Leikai who were reportedly arrested on April 5 at 7:45am by Thoubal district police commandos from Hiyanglam Awang Leikai.
