IMPHAL, May 28 : A discussion on “Report of UN Special Rapporteur on Summary, Arbitrary and Extrajudicial Execution on India and Armed Forces Special Power Act, 1958″ will be held on May 29 at the Conference Room no. VIII of the Palais des Nations.
The panel speakers include Neena Ningombam of EEVFAM (Extrajudicial Execution Victim Families’ Association, Manipur); Babloo Loitongbam of Human Rights Alert, Manipur. The discussion will be moderated by Budi Tjahjono of Franciscans International.
