IMPHAL, May 25: The All Manipur Manpower Upliftment Centre has in a release said that “May Day 2013” was observed at Khongbal Tangkhul, Imphal East attended by around 200 farmers and labourers of the area today.
The function was attended by IFM, president Th Iboyaima; AMMUC president Bimolchandra and Khongbal Tangkhul Village Authority general secretary Angam Zimik as presidium members.
