IMPHAL, June 11: All Manipur Woking Journalists’ Union has said in a press release that office bearers of All Mizoram Manipuri Association (AMMA), 2013 -2016 were elected with the 27th annual conference of AMMA held at Vanapa hall located at Aizwal, Mizoram on June 8 at 11 a.m. AMMA was formed with Manipuris in Mizoram from all walks of life in October 1976, it added.
It informed that the objective of the association is to extend help to Manipuris in Mizoram when they die (suffer casualties) or they are in trouble. Wangkhemcha Shamjai, President of All Manipur Woking Journalists’ Union and Salam Bharatbhusan, advisor, All Manipur Woking Journalists’ Union also attended the conference.
