IMPHAL, June 16: United Pangal (Muslim) Cultural Centre decried the announcement that the medical entrance examination would not be held on June 9 with only one day to go as per the cabinet decision, said a press release issued by United Pangal (Muslim) Cultural Centre while expressing its desire about withdrawal of the decision.
