IMPHAL, June 30: Preparation of Manipur Public Servants’ Personal Liabilities (Amendment Bill), 2013 among some other Bills to be tabled during the session of the House has been completed with the 5th session of the 10th Manipur Legislative Assembly being extended for some more days.
According to information received by IFP, following the completion of the preparation of the said bill from department of personal (DP) of the Manipur government, the bill has been submitted officially to the Assembly Secretariate.
The source further said that though the bill has been submitted from Secretariat DP to Assembly Secretariate, it will not be tabled tomorrow as it is not on the list of business in the 16th session. It will be tabled in the House on July 2 and may be discussed on July 4.
Though the ongoing session is considered to continue till July 5, the days to be extended will be decided officially by the meeting of Business Advisory Committee (BAC) of the House to be held at 10 a.m. tomorrow after which it will be tabled in the House tomorrow.
