IMPHAL, June 28: All Manipur Government Higher Secondary Lecturers’ Welfare Association has today issued a press release mentioning the admission problems faced by the students who are trying to admit themselves to XI standard in the state. In the meantime, Council of Higher Secondary Education has notified to register the class XI students on or before July 5, 2013 and enroll the class XII students on or before July 1, 2013 respectively, it said.
