IMPHAL, June 2013: Various public utilities such as Waiting Shed, Public Urinal and Hand Wash, which were constructed under the funding of 2nd state Finance Commission, were inaugurated today at the ward No. 1 of the Imphal Municipal Council, according to a press release by the councilor of ward No. 1, S Binarani Devi.
