IMPHAL, July 26: The North East India Outlook, an NGO based in Manipur, on behalf of the whole tribal population of Manipur has submitted a representation to the Chief Minister of Manipur to appoint the next Chief Secretary from qualified IAS Officers among the cadres of Manipur State, according to a press release of the said NGO.
