IMPHAL, July 29: There will be a farewell on July 31, 2013 at 5:00 pm for the outgoing Chief Secretary at the Old Secretariat Conference Hall. All Officers and staffs of the Manipur Secretariat are requested to be present in the farewell party, it said in the notification of the Commissioners (GAD).
