IMPHAL, July 18: The Manipur Sociological Society (MSS) which was formed on March 9, 2013 at Delhi School of Economics, Department of Sociology, University of Delhi has today issued a press release that the Department of Sociology, G P Women’s College and Manipur Sociological Society have jointly organized the inaugural function at G P Women`s College on July 17, 2013 adding that the function was graced by Y Chandrasakhi Devi, Principal, G P Women`s College, Dr Th Umavati Devi, HOD, Department of Sociology, G P Women`s College and Dr Kshetri Rajendra, Former HOD, Department of Sociology, Nagaland University as Chief Guest, President and Guest of Honour respectively.
