Lecture on `value addition of local food resources`

    IMPHAL, July 26: The Society for Agriculture, Food and Innovation (SAFI) has today said in a press release that a special lecture programme on ‘Value Addition of Local Food Resources’ will be organised in collaboration with Intellisome Consulting and Sana Foods, on Monday, July 29, 2013 at 10:30 am at Food Processing Training Hall, Porompat, Imphal East.

    Dr Ng Iboyaima, Scientist of CFTRI, Mysore will deliver the lecture and it aims at addressing issues of food processors and entrepreneurs including techniques of food processing, marketing, while adding that interested individuals and organisations may contact at G-4, Trade Centre, Porompat or SAFI Keithel, Singjamei Chingamakhong, it further said.
