IMPHAL, July 4: The Maoist Communist Party, Manipur has claimed in a press statement that the outfit was behind the bomb attack at the Koiruo Mamang Leikai residence of the Imphal Urban Cooperative Bank Chairman Thokchom Dilipkumar.
It has further claimed that the bomb was a remote controlled bomb and had chosen the night time to explode it so as not to hurt the local people.
