IMPHAL, July 31: The Manipur Chess Association has today said in a press release that a Special General Body Meeting will be held on August 8, 2013 at 10:00 am at the premises of YVO, Yaiskul opposite of Kalimai Mandir and further added that the meeting will discuss the Revised Draft Constitution of the Association.
