IMPHAL, Sept 29: The UKLF has condemned a “gun attack” on Phoilen village Chief Ngamjahen on the night of September 17 allegedly by some miscreants causing grievous injury to a class VII student Lunkholal who was present inside the house at the time of the incident according to a press release of the UKLF. Phoilen village is located near Sajik tampak in Chandel district of Manipur.
