IMPHAL, Sept 4: A team from Manipur has left Imphal to participate in the 15th Sub Junior Boys & 26th Junior National Boys Tug of War Championship 2013 which is to be held under the aegis of Tug-of War Federation of India from September 5-8 at Sankul Stadium, Washim, Maharashtra, informed a press release of Manipur Tug-of-War Association.
The participants who are going to participate in the championship in 480 kg Sub Junior Boys category are L Keshorjit, RK Jaman, Ch Barun, K Likhomba, A Umakanta, T Sekhar, RK Jupitar, M Rakesh, Y Amarjit and H Binod Kumar where K Amarjit will be the Team Manager whereas K Angdar Tantanga, I Rahul, A Panjenba, W Arun, W Psem, Th Levin, P Chand, M Tarzan, M Romesh and A Ojendro will take part in the 560 kg Junior Boys category with K Ashokumar as the Team Manager.
K Kamini has also left to take part in the championship as referee following an invitation from Tug-of War Federation of India, it added.
