IMPHAL, Sept 29: The six days training cum documentation for establishment of Rural Industries on medicinal and aromatic plants which was organized under the sponsorship of National Institute of Rural Development (NIRD) was today concluded at the State Institute of Rural Development (SIRD).
Altogether twenty nine entrepreneurs attended the training programme during which ten resource persons delivered lectures on different topics. Field visits at Phumlou Siphai, Imphal West district and Kwaksiphai in Bishnupur district as a part of market assessment were also organized during the training programme.
