IMPHAL, Sept 30: A three-day long social service camp organized by workers of Khangabok Block Congress and Khangabok Block Mahila Congress along with volunteers of Khangabok Assembly Youth Congress started today at Wangbal Bazar and its surrounding areas, conveyed a press statement of Block Congress Committee, Khangabok.
Around 300 people participated in the first day and on the concluding day of the social service camp, a felicitation programme will be held to welcome the newly general secretary of Mahila Congress Committee, Khangabok Kendra S Thoibi Devi and also old age pension will be distributed to beneficiaries on the same day, the statement added.
