IMPHAL, Sept 4: Th Lokeshwar Singh, Speaker of the Manipur Legislative Assembly left for New Delhi on August 31, 2013 for attending the 59th Commonwealth Parliamentary Conference at Johannesburg in South Africa, said a press release of Manipur Legislative Assembly.
After the conference is over, the Speaker of Manipur will travel to different cities of the United Kingdom and USA as part of a post conference tour and will be back to India in the last part of September, 2013.
