IMPHAL, September 29: Leaders and cadres of the United Revolutionary Front (URF), a signatory group for a Memorandum of Understanding with the government conducted a three day social service in connection with the 117 birth Anniversary of Jana Neta Hijam Irabot.
The social service was conducted from Pheingdinga to Spinning Mill Loitang Khunou and surrounding areas. Tree saplings were planted by the URF cadres along the road side as part of the birth anniversary observation.
The three days social service began yesterday and will conclude tomorrow with a blood donation camp by the URF cadres.
