IMPHAL, November 17: The ISTV service provider appealed to farmers to be careful not to start fire of the residue of their harvest near optical fibre cable (OFC). This came in the wake of such an incident when OFC wire of Wangbal to Kakching-Sugunu line along Imphal- Moreh road caught fire and signal was disrupted. Such freak disturbance should not happen again, it stated.
