IMPHAL, Nov 24: A joint team of 15 Assam Rifles and Thoubal district police commandos reportedly apprehended a cadre of the proscribed KYKL militant from Heirok bazaar this morning at around 7am. He was identified as Moirangthem Totomsana alias Wangsaba alias Pakhangba alias Lalangba, 30, son of Tombiyaima of Heirok Part II Mayai Leikai.
