IMPHAL, November 28: Two officials of the North East Council will arrive on November 30 to overview the expenses and scrutinize whether the amount of Rs 50 lakhs it had sanctioned for the Sangai Festival has been utilized properly.
The two officials J Lungdim (financial advisor) and Gautam Chintey, (advisor BIT, NEC) will also attend the closing ceremony of the ten-day long Sangai Festival.
