IMPHAL, November 16: The Imphal West district police commandos arrested one active extortionist on November 15, 2013 at 10:45 am from BT Road near Aircel Office, said a press note from SP Imphal West.
The arrested has been named as Md Farooque Sheikh, 28, son of (L) Md Abothem of Khergao Sabal Leikai.
