IMPHAL, November 20: A combined team of 15 AR and Thoubal Commando apprehended a hard core cadre of the proscribed RPF/PLA militant identified as Khundrakpam Toro Singh, son of Kh Lukhoi, from Thokchom Bazaar part-II, Thoubal district, at around 4:30 am today. One kilogram of explosive material and six detonators were recovered from him by the combined team.
