IMPHAL, Dec 7: The expenditure for the annual plan of 2013-14 has been reviewed in a meeting chaired by the Chief Minister in his secretariat cabinet room today. Several heads of departments also submitted their latest plan expenditure as on December 5, 2013. The meeting was attended by concerned ministers, MLAs, principal secretaries and head of departments.
