Cental team on border fencing to arrive today

IMPHAL, Dec 6: A central team comprising of officials from the Border Road Organisation (BRO), Surveyor General of India and Ministry of Home Affairs will be arriving in the state tomorrow to conduct a spot inspection of the contentious Indo-Myanmar border fencing at Moreh.

The team will be joined by 23 members of all political party delegation led by deputy chief minister Gaikhangam. The team after landing in Imphal will leave for Moreh in a chopper along with the deputy CM.  Sources said that all the survey work will be completed by December 8 and the team will leave Imphal on December 9.
