IMPHAL, Dec 4: The Armed Forces Flag Day is an occasion for us to acknowledge the sacrifices made by our gallant jawans in the defence of our great nation, said a message of the Governor.
“On this occasion, I appeal to all citizens to contribute generously towards the Armed Forces Flag Day Fund.”
“I extend my warm greetings and best wishes to all the members of our Armed Forces, Ex-Servicemen and their families on the occasion of Armed Forces Flag Day, December 6, 2013”, it said.
