MNPF claims Senapati blast

IMPHAL, Dec 21 The Manipur Naga Peoples’ Front has claimed that its army MNPA had carried out the bomb explosion on December 20 around 6.30 pm at Bulen Colony, Senapati district.

The explosion was carried out at the residence of NSCN-IM town commander Newmai Liangmei, claimed a statement of the outfit.

It said for a long time, the NSCN-IM has been spreading false propaganda against Naga UG outfits.

This year, NSCN-IM has killed James Mao of NSCN Khaplang and Kenedy Paomei of FGN and several others by implicating them in crimes, the statement claimed.

Declaring that the NSCN-IM should immediately halt all its violent activities, it said all such killings will be a loss for the whole Naga community only.
