IMPHAL, Dec 19: Repairing and testing activities of LED based traffic signals in and around Imphal city is going on. Till the testing activities is completed traffic signals will not be fully operational, and the public are requested to bear the inconvenience, said a press release of the deputy secretary (Transport), S Naba Singh.
