JIRIBAM, Jan 18: Since the membership drive for the newly formed political party Aam Adami Party was started at Jiribam sub-division yesterday, around 900 individuals have signed up for the party, said AAP state joint coordinator, Jogindro Thiyam today.
Babupara near the Irabot statue and Lalpani areas attracted most membership signings, he said while adding that the drive will continue tomorrow.
The drive at Jiribam is conducted in the presence of AAP, NE in charge and national executive member, Habung Phayeng; state coordinator, AAP Manipur Th Manihar Singh; state joint coordinator AAP, Manipur K Zou Min Lung; executive member AAP Manipur Hareshwor Goswami and executive member, Arunachal Pradesh Tarku Lino.
