IMPHAL, January 24: Manipur Legislative Assembly speaker Th Lokeshwar Singh, extended his greetings to the denizen of the states with connection with the 64th Republic Day celebration of the country.
In a statement, urging the people not to forget the supreme sacrifice of the heroes in the freedom struggle, Lokeshwar noted that Manipuri were also among the extraordinary individuals.
He expressed his believe that no external forces cannot take away the hard earned freedom or disintegrate the integrity of Manipur, as such extraordinary individuals exist even today.
The speaker further exhorted people to work in unison in confronting any forces anti national forces and spread message of communal harmony.
