IMPHAL, March 22: The annual ritual of Kounu Lairembi which includes changing of the deity’s attire and floral offering will be held on the 23rd March at Senjam Chirang. Devotees are informed be present at the site to offer tribute, said a release from the secretary of the Kounu Lairembi Thougal Lup.
