IMPHAL, March 3: The Manipur Assembly secretariat will remain closed on March 4, 2014 as the day has been declared a holiday.
In this regard, the deputy secretary (administration) E Thoiba Singh has issued an official order following an instruction from Th Lokeshwor Singh, speaker of the assembly and the order further mentioned that the holiday will cover all the staff of the assembly including the attached employees of electricity and public works department.
