KANGPOKPI, March 5: A patrolling party of the Kangpokpi Police today seized 320 litres of DIC Liquor near Bimparao village along the National Highway 2 at around 12:30 pm.
According to the police source the liquor has been seized by the patrolling party when it has been unloaded near Bimparao village along the highway from one passenger bus heading towards Dimapur side.
The party then brought the seized item at the station and later it has been disposed in public view in the presence of Lhingjakim Haokip, MPS (Probationary), OC Kangpokpi (independent charge) along with members of Kangpokpi Town Committee and Kangpokpi Women Welfare Organization.
