LAMKA, March 28: The Nationalist Congress Party inaugurated its information center at Lamka along the Tiddim Road, Lamka for Thanlon and Singat a/c area today.
Since the party candidate for the Outer seat C Doungel failed to attend the inagural function, it was held under a local leader.
Rev Genlal vaiphei opened the new office for the coming election.
Chief agent of the party, L Kaikam in his speech during the function, said that it would be really fortunate for the people to elect C Dungel as the MP.
Doungel is a man of integrity and principle who cannot sucumb to the lure of money, he said.
Chairman of the party in CCpur Siamchinkhup say that the party is based on general issues and not on Communal issue which will be a good thing for the people of CCpur with diverse community.
