CHANDEL, Mar 21: The 34th Republic Day celebration of the Government of the People’s Republic of Nagalim (GPRN)/NSCN-(IM) was held today under the aegis of the Khurmi Region, Chandel district at NSCN (IM) designated camp Phunchung in Chandel district with thousands of Naga civilians and several leaders of Naga civil societies in attendance.
Kilonser of GPRN, capt retd Medar and GPRN deputy kilonser D John attended the occasion as the chief guest and the guest of honour, respectively.
Besides, distinguished dignitaries, guest and invitees including that of public leaders, rank and files of the Naga army sitting on dais, village chiefs, representatives from Tribe Hohos, student bodies, NGOs, church bodies including women attended the celebration.
