IMPHAL, Apr 3: The Ethno Heritage Council, in a press release, expressed that people of mainland India forgetting about Mahatma Gandhi’s ideology have been indulging in meting out injustice towards people of the North-east region.
It said, the people of the region have been suffering from brutal racist attacks and sexual exploitation in mainland Indian cities.
Only by establishing a Special Rapid Action Task Force and seeking the help of the Law can such injustice be done away with, it said.
