JIRIBAM, April 7: The Jiri Police under Jiribam sub-division has recovered liquors from two individuals from Jiribam Foreigner Check Post and Kalinagar Part I
The two have been identified Laishram Shantanu Singh, 34, son of (L) Kulachand Singh of Lakhipur Ward No 9 and Paocharei Kamei, 25, son of Kahu Pao Kamei from Kalinagar Part I who were later handed over to the Excise department.
The drive was organised ahead of the upcoming Lok Sabha election, the Jiri OC L Noren Singh said in a press release that further drive will be taken up.
