IMPHAL, April 1: Notice is hereby given for general information to all recognised political parties functioning within Imphal West District and contesting candidates or their election agents of No. I-Inner Manipur Parliamentary Constituency that the First Randomization of Balloting Units and Control Units for use of the 13 Assembly Segments of Imphal West District in connection with ongoing General Elections to the 16th Lok Sabha, 2014 will be held on April 5, 2014 at 11 am in the presence of Election Observers at the Kombirei Hall of Deputy Commissioner/DEO, Imphal west District, said it in a notification.
All the recognised political parties functioning in Imphal West District are requested to depute one representative duly authorised in writing by the District President of the Party and contesting candidates or their election agents are also requested to be present at the First Randomization of Balloting Units and Control Units on the above mentioned place, date and time. If, however, any political party or their representative or authorised person and contesting candidates or their election agents did not turn up on the dates, time and place mentioned above, the First Randomization of Balloting Units and Control Units of EVMs will proceed as scheduled in their absence, it said.
