IMPHAL, May18: The Kendriya Vidyalaya, Lamphelpat, has formed its Parents’ Association for the academic session of 2014-15 on May 14 appointing Dr Th Ranadhir Singh as president, Th Rajen Singh and Dr Ch Rajlakshmi Devi as vice-president, Th Shashikanta Singh as secretary, A Radhakrishna Singh as treasurer, A Basanta Meetei and Md Abdul Lakip as joint secretaries with 12 other executive members, said a press release of the association.
Meanwhile, parents of more than 80 students have contributed both in cash and kind to the school reacting to the school authorities’ appeal for assistance after the May 7 arson, it said.
