It may be mentioned that the two prosecution witness are supposed to arrive from Delhi today at the NIA Court.

However, in regard to the case since April 2014, there have been instances of the prosecution witnesses failing to appear before the court, delaying the proceedings of the Court.

In regard to the case, another prosecution witness MC Kuli, digital expert of a forensic science lab was to appear before the Court on Monday, but failed to do so for unforeseen health reasons.

The UNLF chairman along with the other sixteen cadres have been booked under NIA case number 10 of 2010 , special trial under section 121/A/120/B/122/16/17/21 UAP Act.

He was supposedly arrested from Champaram district of Bihar in 2010, November by security forces while trying to cross the border. The claim has however been refuted by the UNLF and according to their version, Sanayaima was abducted by NIA sleuths forcibly from another country which does not have an extradition policy with India.
