IMPHAL, June 1: The 12 Bihar of 9 Sector AR under the aegis of HQ IGAR (South) observed the World Anti Tobacco Day at the Battalion HQ in Tulihal on May 31, 2014. A lecture cum demonstration on the same was conducted by medical Officer of 12 Bihar attended by the civil populace and troops, said a PRO IGAR (S) press release.
