MPHAL, June 2: The Board of Secondary Education, Manipur has said in a notification that the board will be conducting a Proficiency Test in Meetei Mayek in July/August, 2014.
“All teachers serving in Schools recognised by this Board are required to clear the Proficiency Test to be eligible for appointment/ assignment as Question Setters/Examiners for the HSLC Examinations being conducted by the Board. No teacher shall be appointed as a Question setter or Examiner unless he/she has cleared the Proficiency Test in Meetei Mayek, it said.
