Imphal, May 31: Dr. Hamom Nabachandra Singh, Chairman of Council of Higher Secondary Education Manipur and its Secretary Sarangajit Khundrakpam have been charged for alleged irregularities in job appointment of the Council, according to a statement signed by Sarat Singh, advisor Manipur Employee Association, COHSEM.
The statement has alleged that appointment to the various posts have been done without the mandatory Advertisement, written test or interview. Most of the appointments have been done with persons who are relatives of the Chairman and the Secretary, the statement alleged.
