IMPHAL, June 2: The North East Dialogue Forum (NEDF) has expressed deep concerned on the powerful blast on May 29 at Singjamei Chingamakhong, Imphal West.
A press conference of the forum while condemning the incident said that the people killed and injured during the blast are only civilians who were the sole bread earners of their respective families.
This incident is not the first time but killing and wounding civilian population by using powerful bomb at the public places, school, houses has become a common phenomenon, it lamented.
People are in the constant threat and fear of such sudden attacks, it said before appealing to all concerned against repeating such violent acts in the future.
